Kangatraining is a mum’s and bub’s fitness class that combines core work with cardio and strength training to help rebuild all the muscles effected by pregnancy and labour. The babywearing component means that your baby will be sleepy and happy being with you – and you get stronger as they grow!

PreKanga is a pregnancy class that combines light cardio, strength training and pelvic floor preparation. It is the perfect class to keep you fit in pregnancy as well as prepare you for labour and life with a baby.
