Looking for a specialised fitness class for pregnancy and after baby? Kanga has you covered! At this stage, all classes are online but are live so you can still feel connected to like minded families!
PreKanga is a pregnancy class that combines light cardio, strength training and pelvic floor preparation. It is the perfect class to keep you fit in pregnancy as well as prepare you for labour and life with a baby.
Kangatraining is a mum’s and bub’s fitness class that combines core work with cardio and strength training to help rebuild all the muscles effected by pregnancy and labour. The babywearing component means that your baby will be sleepy and happy being with you – and you get stronger as they grow!
