PreKanga: Pregnancy Fitness Class
Pregnant Mum’s – this Kanga fitness class is designed specifically for you! PreKanga is a pregnancy workout class that is gentle, safe and helps prepare your body for labour and life with a baby.
You can join at any stage of your pregnancy (with medical clearance) and the class focuses on light cardio, strength training and pelvic floor preparation. We also include Myofascial Release techniques to help loosen up those tight muscle groups – it’s like giving yourself a massage!
We recognise all the amazing changes that your body goes through in pregnancy and ensure that the exercises in PreKanga can be adjusted according to your fitness level and stage of pregnancy.
We are currently only running online classes due to COVID-19 however these are still LIVE so you will have the change to meet (virtually) other soon-to-be mum’s and chat about everything pregnancy, baby and everything in between!
And even better – you can continue with Kangatraining Brisbane East classes postnatally once your baby is born.

SATURDAYS 9:30am (Starting on the 25th of April)
Costs of PreKanga
$15 per class
*Weekly Direct Debit (minimum of 6 weeks) and includes a foam roller for the Myofascial Release component.
We are also a member of Fitness Australia and if you have private health, you may be able to claim PreKanga classes!
